Barcelona consider re-signing Gerard Deulofeu from Everton

Barcelona are considering activating their option to bring Gerard Deulofeu back to the club after being impressed with his performances on loan at AC Milan.
Deulofeu started his career at the Spanish side before sealing a move to Everton, where he initially starred before falling out of favour under Ronald Koeman this term.

The 23-year-old Spain international was unwanted by the Dutchman and sealed a six-month temporary move to the Italian giants in January. He has impressed in Italy and Barca director Robert Fernandez admits they are considering paying the required £10million to see him return to the Nou Camp.
Fernandez told Cadena Ser: 'We have the possibility and that is good, we have the possibility to do it and I am very happy of what is happening.
'He was at Everton and wasn't playing. He made the transfer to Milan, is playing and has been called up for the national team. We will wait for events. It is good news to have the possibility. I think it's €12m (£10m) to recover him.'
Another former Barcelona player, Hector Bellerin, is also being chased by the European heavyweights.
The Arsenal defender never made a first-team appearance for Barca but has flourished in the Premier League.
Fernandez added: 'He is a good player and he is playing very well at Arsenal. He is young and very interesting.'
